Specially designed for the EOS-5D, the BG-E4 adaptor has a special handle that can contain 2 rechargeable batteries from Canon, model numbers BP-551 or BP-511A or 6 AA batteries. The BG-E4 is a vertical hand held power supply that gives access to all essential functions, with usage that is the same as in horizontal mode.
